Wow - yesterday I completed a 13,000 ft Tandem Skydive at Hinton Skydiving Centre near Brackley.

I can honestly say it was the most amazing experience i've ever had. It took around 14 minutes to climb in the plane to 13,000ft. At 2000ft I was looking out the window and saying this is quite high, 13,000 ft literally took us above the clouds which was beautiful. I was the last to exit so got to watch the other 3 tumble out first, they went so quickly there wasn't time to really think, just to take some very deep breaths ! Scariest bit was on the side of the plane and the exit, we then exited and went into a 45 second freefall so just floating on a column of air and then parachute was deployed and we descended to earth, the whole thing just took my breath away. I was worried about my levels so ran a fraction high and had a packet of crisps before the jump and just took my QA for that, however afterwards with the levels of adrenalin in my body I was running at 19.3 !! Which I managed to get back down again by the evening !!

It's one more thing ticked off the list and would thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

I am still raising money for JDRF so there's still time to sponsor me, if you could that would be fantastic, thanks all ;)
