Bananas are my nemesis, you should see the mountainous climb on my sensor, I just dont eat them anymore . Fruit tend to be full of fructose so many will send my sugar levels up a lot with no chance for my insulin to do anything about it in any decent time frame.
I'd expect that from any tropical fruits so I tend to have berries with full fat yoghurt or at the end of the meal rather than as a snack which mitigates the spike.
