Type 1 foot worries

Hello, I am 30 and have been diagnosed with type 1 for 4 yrs now. Over the past 4-5 months I have been noticing redNess on the outsidedge ofyou feet, under my ankle bone. It gets worse after activity and spreads across the top of my feet. It's a bit like really spidery vines, very red, very unlikely. No foot pain, although my feet ache after prolonged time exercising. Any suggestions? Should I be concerned? Xxx

Hi @GTilley, in cases like these, your best bet is to go and see your GP, as at the very least, they can give you peace of mind that nothing is wrong.
