Type 1 high readings

a lot of things can explain higher levels

from being a little ill you may not even notice

mood.. stress.. weather..

as stated above I find when I'm a little high I need extra insulin to treat the high than I'd normally need

with insulin the goal posts are always moving and I find I'm always adjusting my doses to suite

sometimes if I'm constantly high/low it's my basal I adjust.. if it's post meal then it's the basal
Thank you
We have upped the lantus to 16 units and this has helped we are experimenting with the rapid insulin dosage

The more we try and control it the harder it gets
Once again had a range from 1.9 to 28 the other day
Doesn’t matter what you do
Now given up worrying
Starting a course next week every Wednesday morning for 4 weeks
Hopefully this will help

No, it’s the BIANCA course it’s supposed to be a mixture of face to face and on line but it is all online now which means that I can attend with my wife
I asked about the Dafne course but they had not heard of it
