Type 1 - HUNGOVER

Goodness me, I went out last night with work and today I feel so hungover - I have been sick twice and have a headache and horrid stomach rfom hell.

Any ideas as to how I can speed up recovery - I can leave work in an hour.
 
In Scotland, I would recommend a 750ml glass bottle of Barr's Irn Bru, chilled...........

this would sort you right out.............:)

When I am hungover I find eating helps, however its not too good for the blood sugars,,,,,,,,,

you stopped drinking booze,,didn't you..the only way not to have a hangover is to keep drinking booze..don't stop :)
 
Keep hydrated and make sure you eat plenty..........even though you may not feel like it ;)

Also, monitor your bg closely as alcohol can effect bg levels for up to 24 hours after finishing drinking, so your more prone to hypo's.
 
Don't all hangovers end at 3pm?? At least not too long to go.

Hope you feel better soon, keep an eye on your BG.
