Did you take insulin with this? Without, I'd be 9-10mmol/l after that, but after how long I don't know.

The rate at which blood glucose will rise and fall is entirely individual to the diabetic. So only you can answer that @static192

30 mins later, probably about right. I'd like to know what 9t was an hour later as that was probably the beginning of a steep rise.

But it depends. Was bg stable at 5? Did you take any insulin. Was there any insulin still in your body from previous infection? Etc

It will also depend on what way your zbS is heading when you eat, whether you have any fast acting insulin on board from earlier, and if your basal is correct.

If you had the bread as a snack or meal and bolused for it, then I'd keep testing at maybe half hour intervals if you're interested in how your BS reacts.

I eat bread and jam and stay below 7, but I bolus in advance.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to,discover. If you're concerned about your digestion, then it's probably best to speak to your DSN.

Everyone is different, but if I did that at 5.1 it would very high indeed.

Are you carb counting because I am i vertualy eat what I want I weigh most new things out but you get to no weights and how much insulin you need

hi it was 4 hours after my last meal injection

This might sound irrelevant but have you done a basal check recently to make sure that's set at the right level? Ignoring your stomach issues, if that was out at all it could mess up your BS results.
