Your white rolls should be absorbed quite quickly so your blood sugar shouldn't go low. If you're worried do some extra tests after your meal. As long as you take the correct amount of insulin for the carbs in what you're eating, you should be fine.
It does no harm to do,extra tests though, and you can even test while you're eating if you feel you might be going low during your meal.
I am quite hypo prone. If I have a high carb meal (over 70g) I do half my bolus before eating and half after and it REALLY helps. So if you're worried about going low that might be a thought - but check with your nurse first
