Type 1: What are your HbA1c test results?

Mine was up in the 80's for a few years, wasn't since I had to have laser on my eyes that I thought **** need to sort my life out! So last few months been working really hard and it has come down to 61! Been told it should be 59 below so getting there! Eating better and gyming it a lot!

Mine are back today at 45. I'm very happy as end of June they were 101.... (I fell off the wagon from January to june)
Hopefully won't fall again.
Well done every one else with your numbers.

My latest one was 57/7.4 which is now classed as poor, however a month ago this would have been good!! However I am having way too many lows at moment so actually should be higher....

Not been on the Forum for a while. Disappointed that mine is 66 (8.2) when it was 53 (7.0) in May. Blood pressure is causing issues, gaining weight, and generally unwell. Need to get back on track so today I start again.....

I am a new diagnosed Diabetic (just 2 weeks) and my first HbA1c came out as 14.8 %. Now working on dropping it with tight control, diet and injections already.
Seems like I have a new target in my life to achieve :)
I wonder why in my report it says reference values to be btw. 0-5?
Whats the ideal number to achieve in this?

8 weeks in and found out my starting number 98 hba1c but cholesterol 3.6 so hoping for a better number after xmas and a lower bp would be nice tooo

54 in October and 54 in March earlier this year at my hospital. My GP just told me yesterday that I was 58 (and that was taken only 2 weeks before the one done at the hospital in October!)

Had blood test recently, nurse said i was 5.4 down from 9.7. I tried to tell her that my iron levels are probably very low and that the specialist told me my iron levels need to be correct before i get true hb levels. She said no, so she must know more than the specialist. Been T1 for 1 year now. 62 yo. Confused
