Excellent figures well done
Despite having the libre and being fairly well behaved most of the time I find the best I can get in target is around 60%. Virtually no matter what food I eat i will spike by around 4 points, which invariably puts me above my target
For around 35 years plus I had always ran high, I am guessing around 9 or 10


and only recently seemed to have settled down to about 8. Baby steps.......
I find that if I check the libre and it is around 4.5/ 5 i start to panic slightly but I am getting better with this "low figure"
