I made fish pie tonight, I’m playing with extended bolusing for the dreaded white fish. Couldn’t be ***** to make mashed anything for the top, so wilted some spinach in butter and had that with it instead. So. A meal with 10g carbs and 50g protein - I was at 5.1 when I started. 0.85 with the meal with 2u over 3 hours for the protein, 90m later I’m at 4.3 - so I might have a little chunk of 90% chocklit to keep my levels up overnight. Be rude not to. Some wine may also have happened.
