Well I was off bed a while back. Flicking through tv channels and remembered recording ABBA in concert the other night.
I'm now sitting here transfixed by the music and realising why Agnetha held me so captivated all those years ago.
Stunningly beautiful.:).
Not sure how my sugars will cope but my heart is racing:).
For now I'm in 1976 and I ain't even got diabetes:).

@Tony337 that’s gorgeous, I love it!

Not long arrived in that London, after a long, tedious and gnarly drive from South Wales via Oxford. Didn’t need to worry about a hypo on the road, haven’t been able to get it below 7 all (insert expletive) day...

Sleep well, friends x

Morning everyone,
I had a great Vietnamese meal yesterday in a restaurant, which is part of a chain but it's really good. It's called Pho. I think I've posted before that their web site gives the carbs for the food......... excellent!
Clever choices so madam BG stayed relatively stable.

Morning everyone, my run of nice night time blood sugars was interrupted last night, I cruised through the night above 8, but below 9, which isn't the end of the world, but isn't great either. It's hanging around at about 6.4 now, after a slightly aggressive correction, which I'm happier to do when I wake up, than before sleep.

I think I might have to end my relationship with butternut squash, it was only a very short one, anyway. A couple of days ago I decided to try fermenting some sauerkraut, which turned out to be quite fun. However I keep googling and finding the word botulism, it also says it doesn't grow in acidic conditions, and especially not if you do everything properly, but the seed is planted in my mind now, so I'm not sure I'll ever eat it. But anyway..............

Good morning and thank you to everyone for your nice comments about my dragonfly and encouragements towards my efforts for charity.
Not in work today so had a lie in and woke to a 5.9.
Chuffed with that as I had some lagers last night.

Have a great day

Tony

Good morning friends, work today and tomorrow. Cooking on shop floor today and I don't want to go in, the weather looks lovely and all I want to do it go off somewhere nice and peaceful, not think about life's downs and just get lost in some tranquility.

Take care and whatever you are doing, enjoy it x

Morning lovelies!

Insulin resistance vanished overnight, woke on a 3.5 - 15g dextrose already since 6am. Marching in London in the sun today, so fully expecting to be bouncing off the floor. All the joys of T1.

Hope you all have a fabulous day :)

If you’re marching for what I think you’re marching for then put in a few steps for me! In the Midlands with the grandsons and essential self-employed stuff too today so can’t be there.

Goooood morning DIABETNAM!

Feeling great, with a FBG of 5.8. got a gig at open air festival in Yate..

North Brizzle gets a sunny afternoon of singalong Bon Jovi anthems. Jus fer a laugh.. :)

It's my life! :singing:
Well, it wasn't a very good cover of the Talk Talk song!

Wow :p a flat line all night on the libre so that is a good morning! 6.8 bed, 6.6 waking so the 2 Weetabix for supper were bang on for once.

My legs ache a bit from the cycling but haven't really used the pushrod since last years mot work and I am in my early 50s (not got my head round that fact yet mind :) )

I've been offered the use of a mates workshop to do the car, which is good but means a 40 mile round trip to work on it there which can have implications with blood sugar control, but it's tempting as he's got a car lift and it's under cover but I'd be tied to his times so it's all swings and roundabouts...

Enjoy your weekend y'all :)
