I’m pretty sure several of the families are the _current_ generation of JK participants... at least one of the kids I teach told me his mum was on it.Ach, @Mel dCP , ya gotta look on the bright side: you're carefully nurturing and tending the next generation of The Jeremy Kyle Show participants.
If you've still got some Novopens kicking around from yr pre-pod days, I'd be tempted to take them in next time, say, now, kids, we're doing chemistry today, each of you try 20u, the first one who ends up unconscious gets to skip double-maths next week...
Well there’s an “ o “ in every word there. Happy days. Zero carbs.aero mousse or chocolateor both

Morning
No Karen? Must be ninja day
All well over here but very windy, not much really.
I guess you've tested your basal?Doesn't seem to matter whether I have carbs for breakfast, low-no carbs for breakfast or no breakfast at all. I either take the correction on it's own or add it to the suggested bolus dose for my breakfast. However, if I don't drive to my usual office or don't drive at all it doesn't happen for me
I have indeed. The same doesn't happen on mornings when I don't drive.I guess you've tested your basal?
neat vodka @RobinredbreastWindow guys turned up, I have a new handle and the window open's and closes and the other can open now as well
( something had dropped) but where the old handle was and the new one is slightly shorter, I can see a mark there, tried cleaning it off, but it wont budge, any idea's guys ?
Supposed to be going to look at a hateful but economical small diesel car today to replace my beloved, but thirsty 1.8 Focus, which is due to catastrophically fail it’s MOT next month. I’m racking up some mileage these days, so could probably do with a car that’s cheaper to run. Ugh. My issue is that I like a bigger bodied car as they tend to have better seats and a bit more road presence. And the Focus handles brilliantly, especially on the mountain roads I use. I might feign illness. I don’t want to go because I don’t want a sensible “mum” car (and yes I know I’m being childish!) and apparently an MX5 doesn’t qualify
