Thanks @helensaramay and @hh1 scones it is then although I don't know how I'm going to resist eating them@SueJB scones and jam sound lovely and who wouldn't appreciate something so British? Apart from someone on low carb although they'd appreciate the effort.
I am being lazy. I haven't made it out of bed yet unless you count my wander to the kitchen to pick up breakfast in bed.
I sent my boss an email at 12:30 last night to say I would not be working this morning after a delayed flight. Who could begrudge a few extra hours in bed after a 18 hour day? Thankfully, not my boss who is usually reasonable and let's me manage my own time.
Oh well, I think the shower is calling then me and the latest jar of jam can leave my parents' house in the peace it was expecting when they went on holiday.
Don't work too hard whilst I'm not. Unless you're baking scones.

On the other hand, I like the way that the lingua franca is now English.
Thought that was a type of pasta

I have Neuropathy in both feet and it fluctuates from irritation to agony
I’m prescribed Gabapentin and Amitriptylene and also take Cocodomol
GP says condition can be controlled but for me it’s unlikely it will ever get better
I don’t have feeling in my feet and the stumbling and falling has been going on for 2 years only yesterday I fell twice and hurt my ankle
Isn’t our diabetic lives such a joy lol
We all have horror stories
Any way I’m hobbling around ok in between lots of tootsies up on the sofa
Thank you for your kind words
I misread that at first. I thought it said 'you both mutter'.Hugs to Cumberland - lots! Take care of yourself. Look after yourself as well as Wispa - you both matter!
