Rain dance in progress !!
Eugh. That's my keyword for the last 24 hours.
Can't drive to an appointment because of a sudden drop that I caught early because of the shakes - eugh.
Kept slowly sliding down afternoon and evening despite moderate amounts of biscuits and glucotabs - eugh.
Went to sleep with a 5.6 and woke to an 11.7 - eugh.
Some days I just want some headspace from diabetes. You can plough all your effort and brain power in and get diminishing returns.
Woke up on a 16.4 this morning after a 1:30am hypo of 2.8 - DOH!
Did you eat the fridge with your early morning hypo? I seem to do that, if they wake me up which is vary rare now.
about 600ml of orange juice and 1/3 pack of Pringles. !
Just a snack then
It felt like I had a head full of turnips at 5.30 this morning.
BG 5.3!
I felt shocking and 3 hours later I feel marginally better and I'm 6.1.
Its a funny old world isn't it........
Happy times and places
Tony
