I'm tired too, got any space for me to snuggle in?Sorry Mods - didn't realise
I am tired, relaxed and comfy. All that is left to make the evening complete is snuggling up with husband to watch some DVD's old TV series!
Wow, @becca59 that is a very flat line.
Mine has varied between 43 and 136 over the last 2 weeks. I have not set up mine to test all the time only on demand so it could be lower when I am asleep and I very much expect it to be higher when I am mid sprint.
Absolutely not too early for beer.
If anyone should suggest 4:45 is too early, I would remind them it is late enough somewhere in the world.
And you have a medical need for beer ... or carbs of some sort.
Theres a mask section in ASDA called SUGU beauty - bubble sheet mask. I guess it depends on your skin care needs - ASDA have a range from bubbles for exfoliating to moisturing/ soothing. I use to have a routine to do a face mask per week, if I'm rich, I'd do a face mask every day. I keep it on longer than the packaging suggest and if it's the serum kind of masks, I'll rub the serum on my neck and arms. I look for the ones only made in Korea, with the least fraguence and parabens. The one I'm using is suitable for vegans, not tested on animals, gluten free and sulphate free.OMG @MeiChanski what is it’s name? There’s a K-Mart round the corner from work (Korean pop, food, home wares and assorted stuff) they’ll have some I’m sure, but what am I looking/asking for? Will bubble mask be enough?
No prob, @WuTwo , we like editing posts that inadvertently breach the rules in a very friendly way a lot better than we like editing unfriendly postsSorry Mods - didn't realise
It started to foam up and my bf looked really worried "why is it foamy?"@MeiChanski that mask looks as if you’re either ready to take part in a superhero movie or seriously scare the staff next time you shop. I must get them for when grandsons come to see if I’ve got jellybabies by the bed.
@Robinredbreast ....we are both good thank you....Clive is busy with Chinese and American tourists at the moment....for those who live in Oxford area he was there with some just the other day....I’m busy with our garden....missed garden group today because my car wouldn’t start and battery had died so had to call out breakdown service...all fixed now and bank balance lighter.....will reschedule group for one day next week...we both have a day off tomorrow so think we will find somewhere nice for lunch...hope you are enjoying your summer with your familyThanks Molly, I didn't think of that at the time, but it dawned on me, I don't think my Fitness tracker has the heart monitor.
How are you and Mr Clive ?
I’ve got one of those - if you like hot chocolate get the Tassimo milk pods, put some cocoa powder (I have Green&Blacks) into the glass/mug and use the machine to make your hot chocolate.Morning
To much politics and what the NHS actually needs is the interest rates to go back up so the massive pot of money they sit on to funds things becomes more cash rich.
A separate Tax wont cure the NHS it is too much a political football with too many "good souls" interfering.
Anyway.
I have a Tassimo machine sat on my desk here at work, needs a clean a little more but going to get that working this week, get some pods and coffee galore.
Bloods? no idea no alarms have gone off so guess everything is OK at the moment.
Right coffee.
Have a fun day.
