Afternoon all.

Thank you all once again from Knikki and the now properly Mrs Knikki :)

Everything went well yesterday only mild annoyance was all the Etch A Sketch and MiaoMiao coming off while I was in the shower, don't know why it did that but going to phone Abbott at some point ad complain.
Anyway had also packed another testing kit so used that during the day and bloods were fine all day, even after drinking some home made damson gin rocket fuel, man was I so totally trashed after that :hilarious:

And as some want a picture?

Here is one when we were in the car.

This is lovely, but this is the real unreal you, what we want is a picture of unreal real you. The one pretending to be part of the offline world, not the one pretending that the offline world is real.

Morning everyone on this ‘orrible, wet Somerset morning - going to have a ‘sort out junk mail’ day today as I seem to have accumulated quite a bit since I last sorted it about 3 months ago. Quite satisfying writing ‘not at this address’ on the envelopes and posting them back or putting the letters through the shredder!! Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs @Knikki on their wedding.

Not raining here yet in Leeds. Which is an irony, having just spent a week in the Lakes where there was shed loads ☹️. In other news after a week of lows and cutting back on fast acting, as I travelled home normal service resumed. Needing more insulin this morning. You couldn’t make it up!

Morning.

Funny Friday bloods were fine all OK Saturday and this morning PITA :shifty::rolleyes:

Anyway some of you don't seem to think that the image I posted above (not looking at your @Alison54321 :hilarious: ) is not the real me and Mrs Knikki here is a picture of our alter ego's from Friday, us two and the photographers in the rain, man it blew a gale and rain like billyo for most of Friday, sheltering under the clock tower.

On the original RAW image I have of the above you can clearly see the rain coming down :hilarious:

Good morning, I've had several days of doing nice long healthy walks, and my diabetes rewarded me last night, with a hypo that meant I didn't get to sleep until past midnight, and then woke to correct the post-hypo high, at 4 am, and didn't get back to sleep.

So sleep deprivation enforced inactivity today, probably not a bad thing though, because a couple of the toes on my right foot look a little bit red, so they probably want a little rest, and a shoe review.

Aaaaah, that's lovely. Mrs Knikki looks beautiful in her dress, and you look very good in your suit.

The rain makes the paving stones shine, and looks rather lovely too, even if it might have been a little inconvenient at the time.

For a change you folks down in Englandshire seem to have some of the rain we sent you. Its scorchio up here near Glasgow.

A wee bit high overnight so at 4.30 took correction dose. OOOOps overdid it and woke at 9 am with a lovely 2.8

Enjoy your day and dont forget your brollies. In my case to keep off the sun

Good morning y'all :) waking to a 7.6 after a cheeky sleep in, which is a surprise really as the Tresiba has a habit of hypoing me if I do, hopefully youngest child will swim at lunch without protest, eldest is still waiting to give birth and I feel mean as I've 'snoozed' her for 30 days or until she's finished as it's become a war story overnight :p but then I feel it's an inappropriate use of social media :p Like far too much information for dads liking

@Knikki Nice picture that but hard luck with the rain & wind mate, the diabetes gods trying it a bit on after the hot summer, best wishes for your future.

Just uploaded my latest data and whilst not brilliant at least its going in right direction. 76% in target which is 4.5 to 8.5 and my average is now 8.2, compared to the past few sensors where it was 8.6. I love analysing the data, quite sad really.

It’s a beautiful picture Knikki, much much happier, and nicer than your ‘real’ selves. May the shine last for ever, even when the rain’s pootled off.
