Type 2 blood sugar readings

I am currently on Glucophage SR 1000mg a day and my morning reading is usually 7.2 and bedtime varies between 9.2 and 11.2 is this right?

Your morning read is not too bad but your evening readings are a bit on the high side. You could perhaps try to eat a little earlier in the evening ? Reduce carbs in evening meal or combination of both.

When my numbers are high just before bed I climb the stairs 20 times and then climb into my bed (my wife says I have worn out the carpet and my reply is better that than my pancreas). I tend to find that I generally wake up with very similar numbers that I go to bed with so I will not go to bed if I am above 5.6. That also means I will not eat late. This works for me it may not work for you.
