I am doing some research into the effectiveness of a Plant-Based/Vegan diet in the treatment or management of Type II diabetes. I was wondering if anyone has any experience implementing this diet as a form of treatment and if it did or didn't work for you. Any help is appreciated.

You should also consider doing research into the effectiveness of a meat/dairy only diet in the treatment or management of type 2 diabetes.
