Really sorry to ask what may seem a stupid question but-
This is my first quite heavy cold since being diagnosed and my bloods are all over the place.
I have the usual no appetite but understand I will need to have something and in liquid from.
I am still drinking water both cold and warm with a splash of sugar free cordial, but need other ideas, advise please.

Hi @Ange1a65 Sorry you have a cold.

When I have a cold, I find a mug of tea soothing. Just normal tea with a dash of milk, made not too strong.

If you're looking for liquid food, then soup is very good.
