Type 2 Eating Guidelines v LCHF Diet

I only had one 3-monthly review and was then moved to 6 monthly because my levels and weight had dropped and I still didn't need medication. Partly because I wanted to see if I was still on track for even lower levels, but mostly because I was on edge about my cholesterol levels, having beaten my GP into submission over statins, and because I am consuming extra fats to maintain weight, I asked my nurse for an interim HbA1c and cholesterol test. She kindly agreed. I await the results.

l am similar BT one in feb one in June then told see you in one year however if l have unexplained bg rises as opposed to colds or monthlies or obvious reasons l have to go back.

There are quite a few tests they should do at your review, weight, waist measurement, feet (to check for nerve damage) as well as sugar levels, kidney function. Those are the ones I remember, I think there are about 6 or 7 checks. Oh yes cholesteral
