Type 2 Insulin Treatment

@DCUKMod - thanks for the considered response.

I agree that no doubt starting on insulin was to get the blood sugars down quickly prior to the surgery in April 2017 - just wish that afterwards with the quick recovery I had, combined with the amount of walking and physio exercise I was doing, that someone other than me had taken the weight gain seriously.

I was able to dramatically reduce the amount of Novomix I was taking in an attempt to halt the extra kilos and did manage finally to get them to plateau, but ignoring a 14kg gain - 2 clothes sizes - was just to me, ridiculous.

At least with the Byetta things are going in the right direction now - so onwards and downwards I guess - the Endo is happy to leave me to continue with this until the next appointment in Feb 2019 unless things change dramatically for me - so wait and see I guess
