Nope he's not, william has" joined another site" waiting for an answer as to what's up@liam1955, are you ok?
I hope you aren't leaving the forum completely William, you'd be very sorely missedIt's been great getting to know everybody = Goodbye and you all take care.
@Hiitsme has your doc considered that you might actually be type 1 or 1.5?
Hope everything's OK William, where are you going? It's been great getting to know everybody = Goodbye and you all take care.
@Hiitsme if I walked that much I would have low trigs too!
Can you reduce your walking a little bit but nothing huge?
Your walking will be doing so much good.
Reduce it a tiny bit and see how your trigs fare.
Everything in moderation is good.
Carb tolerance is brilliant. Your metabolism is running high so it's breaking down your food quickly. Low trigs due to just that.
I guess you just need a little tweek and dr will be happy.
I'm confident you can do it.
Protein is a good weight adder. Ask any good bodybuilder. They limit their walking/running. They even reduce their water intake near a competition for better muscle definition. They know how to get the best out of their body, when needed.
Some of the bodybuilding magazines have good tip bits.
Having read the thread properly, I can now say "congratulations" on a fantastic HBA1C result @13lizanne. I am more than a little envious!Yes I was the HbA1c thingy onenot to worry it's a shame it's not me losing my last stone yet
@liam1955 William I do sympathize. You're a brave chap. Let us knoe what we can do to help. Distraction works for me in mild pain but I guess at my worst I appreciated a soothing med so I could sleep off for a few comfortable hours. It is gorgeous here in York, got all Windows open. But, had a frost this morning. Was up at 4am (went to bed at 1.30am) my pain is worse than ever and I feel like a Pyschopath! I went off the rails yesterday and ate a pack of 6 Tunnocks Wafers (Richard does not know) and before bed blood sugar was 12.5 and this morning's fasting 6.1Not sure if everybody that I followed is back in my favourites?? If not? Do tell me - Thanks
6.1fbg is nothing short of miraculous considering the Tunnocks fest William, if you're going to have a binge good choice making it a Scottish product oneI have to admit to a packet of Tesco own brand ready salted crisps yesterday- but I managed to refuse the Thornton's brownies. Watching hubby and friend scoff them was torture!
