Do you remember how long it lasts? I carnt remember. I had mine done about 4-5yrs ago.No it wasn't that ,what with everything that has been going on I just wanted him to wait and see the doctor about his x ray in case the side effect or the injection made his hips worse . You never can tell with these things. The nurse said it wouldn't so he had it done I still wanted him to wait. I was thinking how does she know it wouldn't have any effect on him all people react differently as I don't trust medical people one bit. I always question everything .

No first last time we went she told us about it and she would do it on this vist if Ron wanted it . His next vaccination will be for flu in September if he wants that.So is this his second one?
HiCould it be your liver dump?
Sainsbury's sell prepared courgettiI wonder if you'll spike?
I've had eggy bread (protein roll with seeded top cut off first). It was very very tasty. Will have that again but in a few weeks time. I've never been a big bread eater. Pasta was my love!
Betterware now doing spiralizer too. Courgetti still in the plan for me. I might try m&s one first before buying more kitchen gadgets.
I'm not going to have any more 'flu vaccinations. I had the last one in early September 2015, caught 'flu in late November, and I was more ill than I have ever been in my life. I turned down two "offers" of a hospital bed and ended up on oxygen therapy at home. (At considerably less cost to the NHS, and immeasurably less stress to me!) It took me until March to get over it.No first last time we went she told us about it and she would do it on this vist if Ron wanted it . I loved the idea of courgetti in theory, but found it a little underwhelming in practice.Sainsbury's sell prepared courgetti

This is what I try and get across to Ron , there seems to be more and more people who have had similar experience's like yourself.I'm not going to have any more 'flu vaccinations. Hi Johnny. It sounds as if you were lucky your BG didn't go any higher than 10! And at least you're finding it easier to identify the problem areas now. Don't beat yourself up over the odd lapse - we are none of us perfect.then due to my attention deficit abnormalities accidentally put 2 sugars in mine and rather than waste the mug of tea i drank it because lee provided the ingredients for it. i've been drinking a lot of tap water to rectify my blood glucose level and then i can resume my lchf diet.
i love this forum. i've learned a lot from everyone involved in it and i am very grateful indeed. hugs to all of you and bless you all for being there for me.
Didn't get to test until over 3 hours later so the 5.4 went down to 5.2 by then....... was starving hungry and shattered so sat down with a brew to recover before making some dinner...I say "making" .. it was a pack of 6 cream cracker type with a pack of La Roule cheese on top....pre dinner test was 6.1.....(less than half hour after the 5.2) think the liver thought I needed a boost.....I wonder if you'll spike?

When I saw it it was on the reduced shelf but still didn't look appealing enough to try it....I loved the idea of courgetti in theory, but found it a little underwhelming in practice.
Hi Johnnygood afternoon, my friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk type 2 life forum,
i have my true you blood glucose meter test strips now. i took my blood glucose approximately 2 hours after eating a rather odd breakfast of a 3 pork sausages in onion gravy and mashed potato ready meal and it was 6.5. since then i've been gluttonously eating silly fattening food like half-cooked roast potatoes and 2 marmite sarnies. i feel like i'm abusing my diabetes and am feeling self-contempt about this abnormal eating. my blood glucose reading at 12:26 pm after eating all this muck was a disturbing 10.0. my adhd is the cause of this.
Sounds like a good decision! lolWhen I saw it it was on the reduced shelf but still didn't look appealing enough to try it....
