And I know a lady permanently affected by the bird flu vaccine....she received a compensation payout but that doesn't bring the feeling back into her legs....she had to have a spinal block for the pain.....teach herself to walk without feeling her legs and she was determined not to have to wear incontinence pants especially at work......I've had spinal block for both my hip replacements and god knows how she walks....I couldn't even make my toes twiddleThis is what I try and get across to Ron , there seems to be more and more people who have had similar experience's like yourself.
Good afternoon Johnny, well done for realising what has caused your blood sugar spike and it was a very good decision to drink lots of tap water afterwards. You're making excellent progress with your diabetes and we're very proud of you for itthen due to my attention deficit abnormalities accidentally put 2 sugars in mine and rather than waste the mug of tea i drank it because lee provided the ingredients for it. i've been drinking a lot of tap water to rectify my blood glucose level and then i can resume my lchf diet.
i love this forum. i've learned a lot from everyone involved in it and i am very grateful indeed. hugs to all of you and bless you all for being there for me.
I'm not going to have any more 'flu vaccinations. I had the last one in early September 2015, caught 'flu in late November, and I was more ill than I have ever been in my life. I turned down two "offers" of a hospital bed and ended up on oxygen therapy at home. (At considerably less cost to the NHS, and immeasurably less stress to me!) It took me until March to get over it.
Rons says his arm is sore and stiff from it yesterday ,plus hes not coped very well at work today with his hips and legs have given out on him . Not going in for rest of the week now .And I know a lady permanently affected by the bird flu vaccine....she received a compensation payout but that doesn't bring the feeling back into her legs....she had to have a spinal block for the pain.....teach herself to walk without feeling her legs and she was determined not to have to wear incontinence pants especially at work......I've had spinal block for both my hip replacements and god knows how she walks....I couldn't even make my toes twiddle
It's great in a salad. Often get from sainsburys £1.20When I saw it it was on the reduced shelf but still didn't look appealing enough to try it....
Well done. Nice hot soak called for and an indulgent treat....View attachment 18767 All gardened out... I have aches in places I didn't even realise I had muscles! Feel very virtuous, though. and it's looking good out there.

Stuff it with the good stuff and you'll be fine. Bit of kitchen experimenting for a new twist on thingsSwimming went well, came home and found I had burnt the dinner I was preparing in advance for wife and son's supper, in and out to the shops for Plan B. Swimming was good, 45 mins, mostly treading water keeping an eye on son and making sure he was not spending too long at the bottom of the deep end at any one time...
After nearly +2 years of Low Carb and never really feeling hungry between meals, I'm finding I have an appetite for stuffing my face with food... it's a worry as that might be a thin edge...
Is Nina the sweet blanket-trasher?Well done. Nice hot soak called for and an indulgent treat....
Felt quite virtuous after doing Nina's pen this morning though she had to forego her walk...not the energy for both
She's the one. Bella & Buster trash theirs. Spring cot mattress lasted 3 days with me taking the spring part out at the end of the first. At teatime Nina had only been lying on her beddingIs Nina the sweet blanket-trasher?

I test and I'm only pre (ooops, hope I don't get kicked off the threadWeek 4 of my 7 week Self management course today, 3 hours this afternoon. Took my Lemon Cake low carb - was awarded Star Baker statusmany of the others amazed it was low carb.
Told by DN that you shouldn't be testing if not on insulin, ignoring that - and in a group environment I didn't have the energy to challenge. My goal for next week is to review my testing device though, strips for mine are expensive. Want to use app too so I can analyse more
Am I learning anything on my course? Probably not half as much as I've learnt here!

I'd rather have sore fingers than soaring BG levels!!Yep, that's my thoughts exactly ..... " you have to keep pricking your finger, it's not very nice" ... I'm a grown man for gawd sake not a little child
