You know I've been thinking.
If I'm sick of hospital visits my hubby is bound to too. Especially when not for him.
I reminded him how lucky he is but really he is being neglected by the system but I've got so much on I cannot even think what we should be going for him.
I'm just trying to give him a happy home life and if the nhs start giving more counselling I'll push him forward.
Somedays are great, others hard. I guess that's life.
I am reasonably knowledgable on general health but ask me about mental health, I'm useless. I am clueless. My mother suffers too but she is so devious I never know when she's genuinely ill. She was really acting herself one day so I told her I was calling her gp for help. She changed all of a sudden to co-operating. She's a one! I'm going to have my hands full with her later on.
Thanks, fascinating but oh so stressful while I was there, never want an op there again!!!! Never ever!!!!What a fascinating life you have led, Maureen!
Not sure if will see her again Vicky she has referred me back to my GP with me rejecting the statins .I think she was looking for inflammation. Some statins give joint pain as a side affect so she might write on notes no inflammation so if at a later date you do get those inflammed to change your statin to a better one.
Ron if you feel you can manage your cholesterol it would be better.
I had indigestion years ago when first ones came out. So I refused them. What convinced me was they were unsafe in pregnancy so I no longer wanted that risk either.
P.s when do you have to see this specialist again?
Oh noooooo! That's not good news.... it sounds as if it may not have cleared up properly last time, despite all the antibiotics. It may be a good idea to see your GP anyway, rather than waiting for it to get a good hold again, because if it does it will be harder than ever to sort out.Afternoon. FBG 7.7 mmol/l. Had a severe pounding headache and facial pain and tenderness in my left temple last night. It has been coming on and off sporadically today. I think my sinuses on my left side are infected again. I'm not a headache kind of person, never get them unless I have a high fever, tooth abscess or severe sinusitis. I've also never had a migraine either. If it keeps up I will see my GP.
I've been referred to ENT last month but could take ages for an appointment @debrasue. Thanks for the hugs.Oh noooooo! I do have a breaking point and will phone 111 or go to A&E if I'm in too much painKick up a fuss and make their lives a misery - the squeakiest doors get the most oiling!!
Unless my temperature goes above 38C or I start getting neurological symptoms I don't think there's much I can do.Kick up a fuss and make their lives a misery - the squeakiest doors get the most oiling!!
Been getting a lot of headaches too which is unusual for me. Been putting it down to sinuses and weather but think it might've been mentioned in side effects of pregabalin and new BP medsAfternoon. And ask if you can have a probiotic or something to help keep thrush at bayvif you do need them again. Someone, somewhere mentioned there is an additional med you can take...but who when or where.....Oh noooooo! Good evening, my lovely friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk Type 2 Life Forum,
I came to the library this evening to use the Internet because it is open to 8:00 Post Meridian.
I had a difficult morning craving nicotine, feeling nauseous and dizzy and smoking cigarette butts oweing to no money due to financial restrictions of my corporate appointeeship.
My Carer came at 2:33 Post Meridian and bought me 2 loaves of Kingsmill white bread, 2 blocks of butter, 1 jar of Marmite, 5 bags of frozen hash browns, 15 eggs, 1 bag of frozen roasting potatoes, 1 whole chicken, 1 box of Crunch-Nut Cornflakes, 1 large jar of coffee, 1 bag of sugar (for visitors, I have sweeteners), 1 bottle of handwash, 2 bottles of shower gel, 1 bag of shaving razors. In the freezer I have got 1 whole bag of frozen mixed vegetables, 2 bags of frozen cauliflower florets, 2 bags of frozen brussel sprouts, and 2 pork chops. I am going to make cauliflower rice with some of them.
I also ate a doner kebab, boiled potatoes at another time of the day, and 1 bowl of crunchy-nut cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk.
Have a nice Thursday evening, my friends. You're all very dear and special to me. Tomorrow I am off to see my GP about a cyst that has come up on the instep of my right foot.
sumple really I met my husband while he was here we lived together for 2 years he had to return, the country had revolution, when phones worked again he phoned asking to marry me ticket arrived in 5 days & I was off. I was in love!!! But god if I could turn the clocks back, I so missed my parents & country-phones were almost impossible to use, my mother died 14months later, war started I was in war zone being bombed snd surrounded by Iraqis. My passport was confiscated when I arrived at airport got it back nearly 10years later but of no use i had to travel on Iranian passport but by then my dad had died also God bless them both. But I saw such poverty & met lovely (& bad) people, I learnt that material things are not so important, I enjoy them but after being without food water, seeing rats size of large dogs, headless bodies ect you appreciate life so much more, but as you know woman don't have the greatest of value there, mans master, it's a family orientated country but mother & close family come first, I could go on for ever with stories, your every move is known, your son will appreciate you & his country so much more even tho he will be fascinated by the new country he's in, I have a love / hate feeling for Iran, when here I want to be there, when there I want to be here, majority of Iranians are very warm & welcoming & helpful, a fascinating beautiful country, but home is always where the heart is
As you have noticed my humour has disappeared today....it will reappear lol.
You can relax and sleep well tonight then, Cumbs! Our son has arrived in Zhuhai near Hong Kong safe and sound thank the lord
Starts work on Monday
