Type 2 Life

LOVE the new avatar, @tina_marie !!
I could do with a mug like that for my daughter. She's the epitome of the gag: What's the difference between a woman with PMT and a rottweiler? Lipstick.

you can actually buy this mug on the web.

Busy day today. Clay Shooting this morning. Managed a respectable 8/10 on one stand, however rubbish on the others . Golf this afternoon with a 1.5 hr session on the driving range. I had such a bad round yesterday. Today, you wouldn't believe I did . That's golf . Rest day tomorrow, chores

Chores isn't a rest day

Morning, doesn't feel like Saturday since I've been off all week lol. FBG 8.1 mmol/l (strawberries n cream last night) and had breakfast late at 9am. Pretty dull outside. If it had been sunny I was going to Ayr to the beach with my metal detector instead of the local beach. Now thinking of going to Glasgow for clothes and household items. Probably leave after lunch. Happy Birthday to @eldergarth too - enjoy your special day !

Thanks Eddie

Not quite I'm here he's there, wants me to go back! But I don't fancy being controlled again, I'm to old to take orders, A relationship is 50/50 not 100/0!!!!! Now your turn, any exciting ventures during your life?

I am married to a wonderful lady and have a well turned out son aged 23

I played county tennis as a junior for Cumberland but never made the senior grade

And I once appeared on telly quiz 15 to 1 hosted by William G Stewart on Channel 4 and I made the final 3 but was first to be knocked out

@KevinPotts re: fasting
There was a thread recently, which I lost track of, a wife was asking about NDiet for her husband, whose numbers were rising. She asked if ND would be a option but he didn't have any spare weight.
It made me wonder how your fasting was going. If I remember right, you were/are doing some pretty serious fastings.
I'm interested in what your thoughts on fastings and how it's worked for you.
For myself I've not got any more weight to lose, struggling to maintain at the moment. Just wondering about the future if my control starts to slip or I want to go a bit lower on the BGs.
Cheers
Hj
