I think I'm surfacing after the manic and emotional student end of term. I've another few days to go before I finish for the summer, but I could quite happily finish now! Two naps yesterday is seriously unusual for me these days and it's the first day since January I've not been out further than half an hour's tackling of an over grown corner of the back garden..
I am impressed that a little relaxing of the dietary and walking regime over the last week has not had horrendous effects. Will be back on track again with it all after the weekend and more normal routines are back in place. I was meant to be going for a long group walk this afternoon, but a combination of end of term slump, the tennis and the horrible grey skies are conspiring to make me think the sofa is a much better option.

Thanks Jan but not made it any better having this 2 week break from work still struggling with the pain and together with the steroid nasal spray I'm on at min my levels are double figures every day and Tina mentioned this morning that she woke in the night found me soaked in sweat and she couldn't wake me bad hypo I thinkHope the news is good then Ron
Ooh that's not good Ron. No available alternative to the Nadal spray? Daft question, you'll already have looked into it. It is working I think not had any discharge since been taking it bad thing is told by doc to take for min 2 weeks to be sure to get rid of infectionOoh that's not good Ron. I was very nervous on 15 to 1 as were a few others
They kept cutting and editing mistakes from the show and there is no studio audience they used a clapping machine
William G Stewart was very stern I got bad vibes from him to be honest
They record 3 shows a day I got my expenses paid and put up overnight in a plush London hotel as I was travelling from Cumbria
On one of the questions he asked me
'Ian, mathematics' I completely panicked never paid any attention to the question that followed and just shook my head
I scored 32 points in the final the guy who won that show made the grand final of the series he knew his stuff
I went to pieces in the final totally
I like a lot of quiz shows but dare not apply for anymore, I switch between Pointless and The Chase pity they clash

If it's nerve pain Gabapentin or pregabalin (think there a bit of a difference) might be an option ...Then he could end up with another problem.
