Type 2 Life

Hello Johnny,
Does it help you to know about the Bipolar disorder? You manage everything so well that we are all very proud of you here on the forum. I hope that you have a lovely holiday weekend with good health and lots of happiness
@autisticwonder1970

Is it my phone or has the lay out changed? It's so tiny I can't see anythink, so if this is how it's gonna be in future then I will have to leave you, won't risk damageing my eyes, struggle enough as it is. Don't understand why the change & so tiny,

Hi Johnny. I'm sorry to hear that things are so challenging for you at the moment, but - as you say - at least this new diagnosis helps you to understand why you have experienced some of the problems. Sending you big hugs x

The layout has changed Maureen, I think that's why there were some problems logging on the other day. Have you tried logging on with a larger piece of hardware like a laptop or computer? I don't want you to leave, you're part of the T2L family. It's taking some getting used to on my tablet but I will persist because I value my friends on here so much

Morning all! It's a very misty morning, here at the holiday loch, and a much slower start to the day (which I'm rather liking - I always used to be able to lie in really easily but not so much in the last couple of years or so.) So, FBGs have not been so good this past week or so, but day-time and evening much as at home, which pleases me.

I'm pondering if Scottish Rural Miles need to count as at least 3 English Urban Miles. I've done nowhere near the distance I can do at home, but my legs are telling me very gently they know I'm making the work a bit harder.

It's been a treat to have television (I don't have one at home, as I have always watched very little even when I've had one in the last, though if I've got to have a TV licence to access anything on iPlayer from 1st September, this may well change. I was less than impressed to have a licence this year to discover most films don't get shown via the internet and a notice of "You've got to watch this on a TV") and I am declaring my totally favourite moment of the Olympics is Nick Skelton's gold medal. Which made me cry.

Good thoughts and best wishes to all those struggling healthwise at the moment.

I agree it's a shame to leave but i don't have laptop, my daughters was hacked do i won't use it, I have tablet but font use, why spend money to use tablet each month when I have perfectly good smart phone, great pity but my eyes are important to me, see what goes probsbly pop on site now & again, I think it's very inconsiderate to make print do small when they know diabetics suffer with fight problems, hope your well take care

Can something be done to help?
I'm sure others must be affected.

They are working on the problem. Like you I use my phone as well .

.

Apologies for the issue with the forum, everyone. Rest assured we are working on it and hope to have all systems back up and running later today.

Guys the problem with the site is recognised and the tech guys are working on it. There is also a message confirming this is at the top of each page I open.

The site may need to be rebooted at some stage, so if that happens, just be patient and allow the site to come back online.

Admin and the techies are working to resolve matters asap. Please be patient.

Running a forum is not always plain sailing.
Thanks for the updates.

Just to let you all know. Have heard from @doolallylady (Karen) - she has been really ill and in hospital, but will be returning soon. She misses everybody and sends her love.

I think I have that @eddie1968 . Did specialist test you for that?
I have flare ups then not. Irratic bgs and irratic stomach bloating. Blockages. Sugar free candy rock can help, sometimes.
Maybe the mint in it. Try some hot peppermint tea. You'll probs need sweeteners in it though I sometimes do use sugar (but I know my bgs won't go drastically high
