Been diabetic for 16 years
Since moving to UK six months ago my sugar levels have dropped quite a bit. Highest i have had is 6.3 which was today. Lowest was 3.1. Taking metformin 500 x 4 a day ( reduced to 3 a day personally) and gliclazide 60 x2 my question is: bottom of my toes seem to go numbish sometimes and dont know if it is diabetic related. I walk an average of 15km's a day at work.

Your blood sugar seems to be fairly well-controlled so numbness is less likely to be due to the diabetes. If your blood sugar does keep going too low at times, then you may need to reduce the Gliclazide dose?
