Today:
L: Apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp) in a pint of water
* Hearty vegetable soup
* Red Thai tempeh curry with rye grain
* Apple. Satsuma
D: Red wine vinegar (1 tbsp) in a pint of water
* Avocado, Italian leaf, kale, cucumber & tomato salad topped with spring onion. And dressed with nooch and ground flaxseed, black pepper & nigella seed
* Mix bean salad in vinaigrette, carrot, broccoli, roast butternut squash & roast sweet potato
* Mix nuts. Blueberries. Pear
I believe any vinegar works, not just apple cider vinegar. Supposedly it's the acetic acid that helps.Does the apple cider vinegar help at all? I’m very sceptical whenever I’ve read about it.

Any difference with the sugars is minor. But I enjoy the vinegar now. Relatively cheap, harmless, and I've got a nice selection of vinegars to choose from.
