Hi @cdpm. That sounds scrumptious and just the nourishing food you need while your gums are healing. I hardly make anything savoury without adding onion, leek or garlic, sometimes all three.6 boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayo
1 green onion
All pureed together
Like pudding
The Green onion really added a lot to the taste
Yes, it's not easy.2 boiled mashed potatoes
Likely put my bs up but when
U are having to eat food bank foods there is no choice.
We haven't tried to make broth homemade yetYes, it's not easy.
Does your family make broth from meat or fish bones? Home-made soups and stews are inexpensive to put together and would add variety.
Hi @cdpm. I hope you enjoy the end result. Sounds tasty.I just made a white bean soup but I haven't tasted it yet. It only called for a can of tomatos and cumin and chili powder and salsa sauce and the white beans.
Unfortunately @cdpm, margarine is heavily processed from vegetable seed oils and contains varying levels of trans fats, which are harmful to human health.2 sweet potatoes with margarine.
A purple one and a brown one and they didn't taste any different from each other. The purple one was orange inside but the brown one white inside.
Hi @cdpm. So sorry to hear of your distress.3 sweet potatoes with sour cream
Pretty hungry still but as I wrote in a different post I'm too scared .
Hi @cdpm. You've managed to increase your protein intake and that's all to the good.1.5 cups canned beans
