(Had no ingredients to make soup from them)

Please be aware, you probably are, that your blood glucose reading one hour later is well within the target range.
Hi cdpm. I find cauliflower in particular can be steamed very quickly. Broccoli takes a little longer.Will this allow it to be mashed with a simple potato masher?
I only have a pot and lid.
It took a few hours to get soft enough to mash.
I've never steamed veges before so I'm not familiar with it.
