Indeed you would @ChrisT2. A couple of eggs cooked any way you like them with bacon (assuming you eat meat) plus mushrooms and a tomato perhaps, makes a nourishing start to the day.1st thing AM, 8.2---Breakfast Mornflake Oats & Lactose free milk. Total 27g carbs. 2 hours later 12.4!!!!
Would have been better off with a full english breakfast and a lot happier.

Evening @_Steve_ I never tire of scrambled eggs and love nuts.First time having white bread (garlic bread) and chicken soup since getting diagnosed just over 2 months ago..
Actually surprised I only spiked to around 9.5 and jumped into my evening cycling/weights for a workout to drop it down fast.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, lunch a few mixed nuts.
