Half flat bread (mix grains), luffa gourd curry. one cucumber and one tomatoes salad
Today
Breakfast :
Three slice of brown bread, one small bowl of plain yogurt, and two fried eggs in mustard oil
I use mustard oil for curry and fried eggs, and one/two spoons olive oil on vegetables salad

Sounds tasty @cdpm. Fingers crossed it settles.Today will be homemade slow cooker meatballs. Containing ground Italian sausage I rolled into a meatball shape then put a can of pasta sauce in after I dumped the grease a few times.
I tend to rotate the same tried and tested, diabetic-friendly meals quite a bit @Chris24Main.Looking forward to trying to make my first home-made jerky today.
