2.9 mmol/l today. So That's another 3 units off my daily glargine intake of 157. Slimming world is really good but it upset my fasting glucose levels. I'm confident I'll get it back under control!

Your timing of injection might need changing too. Especially if having highs too. Seek dn advice.

5.7 for me this morning.

MRI was no problem - just a bit claustrophobic and O got a sore shoulder lying still for 40 mins. If next Tuesdays endoscopy goes as well I'll be happy!

Good Morning! My lowest ever reading at 4.4 at 0630 today.
After a virtually carbless meal of Pork Bone (spare ribs) and Spring Onion Soup (no noodles) and 4 glasses of red wine.
I think my liver will need a rest from the red wine when i get home.
