Its creeping up to fbg 8.1 this morning so strict lchf for me today. Still no evening insulin.A higher fbg of 7.7 with no second insulin.

Lucky puppy5.1 today. Felt I was walking for most of the day with the dog. Happy with my result though and my new fitbit
