9.2 this morning, was in a panic yesterday where my pew evening meal reading was 29.6 11.2 at bedtime/
Yes I know still high but on the way down. thanks for all the hugs and good advice yesterday.

Good Morning! 5.2 at 0600 today.
After fish & chips and ice cream last night! The 4 glasses of merlot might have helped though.
