I was 8.8 this morning, 7.3 when I went to bed, i have found this to be normal to have a increase of +1BS overnight
It will reduce after breakfast

I am very confused, yesterday
Eat at 7:00pm
+ 1 hrs BS 6.8
+ 2.5 hrs BS 8.7
+ 4 hrs BS 7.3

5:28 this morning 8.8

Is this normal, I thought that BS would peak earlier than this.
