Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yawn. Sluggish, making breakfast and prepping insulin pen. A lame 7.8 mmol/l for me.
 
5.7 had to increase jab. I add weight when my sugars are high as I get tired easily and i sleep weird.
Keeping my sugar lower than fbg 8/9 from now on. With help on insulin. Otherwise very demoralizing. ;-)
 
Morning! I had breakfast and took my meds very early and went back to bed. Woke up with 4.7mmol/L.
 
5.1 this morning, which is a relief after yesterday's high.

However, I'm stuck in London for another few hours until my train back north. And I'm in a real ale pub. This isn't going to look good on my BG tomorrow!!
