FBG 4.8 and I've taken the day off work :inpain: can hardly speak so there's no point in trying to teach. It's rare that I phone in sick but I think I'm becoming much better at prioritising my own health and wellbeing, which is a good thing, no?

FBG 4.8 this morning. Enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings these days. It's certainly helping with BG & allows me a bit of carb leeway too. :) Hope you're on the mend very soon @Alzebra hun. X
