9.2 which is better than last week but still not great. I'm keeping under 50g of carbs a day but after a month, I had hoped to be a bit lower.

I had a reading of 11 before I went to bed last night, ate too many carbs for dinner, was dreading this morning but quite surprised when it was 6.2 so not too bad.
