Thank you.
I have found that if I eat something before I go to bed then I get a lower reading in the mornings. Also depends how much sleep I get. The less sleep the higher morning readings are

yesterday burned 1900 calories at fitness ..6 hours spent there, ate 2260 calories 140 gr. carbs and 80 gr. proteins
