Congratulations honey. Your numbers reflect your excellent hard work. An inspiration to many.5.7 at 8:15 (did eat 520 grams of carbs yesterday, but did also burn 2600 calories ) one day doesn't seem to affect my numbers much , well maybe tomorrow we'll see . Not cured but really doing good I think due to both weightloss and exhausting muscles extremely and having build muscles somewhat bigger too ... my strategy works
