I am not on any meds. It is now creeping down to 6.3, so perhaps the antibiotics are kicking in.

Thanks Keesha, but have all ready been diagnosed with a COPD ( Emphysema) over twenty years ago, what the Specialist is to look for is why I cannot lay on my back with out running out of breath causing me to go into AFib.

Thanks Callyandy, nothing like blowing your lungs out on a Spirometer machine, I am a old hand with ECG's as well. I had all of those the other day.

So today's reading is a 6.0 at 5:20 am which I am very happy with (being positive here). :D

I also am feeling good this morning, it must be the extra two doses of Spiriva inhaler last night kicking in.

I have not had a beer since Wednesday mate, I have not even thought about the couple of six packs I have in my fridge till now.

To early to drink them now, although in the old days of shift work I would have had a couple when I knocked off night shift at 7:30 am. [IMG]

4.7 today. Long day in London yesterday - meeting family, seeing Hamlet (Andrew Scott just astonishingly good) and taking in Pride. :) :) :) The city was hot and buzzing :) :) :)
