"grumpy pickle"...I think I had some of that last week...maybe it was just the "torn-faced salad cream"...but my wife blamed me for it!

Probably Jim.

I bet testing after breakfast I will be down in the fives.

I start another pot of strips today, might be opportunities for a fasting five or two in that.

I've been low sixes all week bar two days but knew what caused it so I'm hopeful that I've got things under control again and look for some for fives coming soon

9.0 @ 6.15 Full of the cold, so looks like my liver is trying to 'help' me by dumping sugar. What a way to start 10 days off work on holiday

4.9 today - was about to head off for morning walk when I tripped on a bag left in a ridiculous spot by "helpful" teenager. Horrible feeling I've broken a toe So no walk and limping I to work to grovel to boss and then I think it's the walk in centre
