Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi berylc. I sometimes get calf cramp too. It's usually during the early hours, so put it down to dawn phenomenon. Don't think it's unusual...just painful.

A 5.9 this morning Wasn't great before bed but with a decent sleep I'm more myself. Fast heart beat rearing its ugly head when lying down again. It might be too much levothyroxine again as I've lost approx 4kg in a month. Seeing specialist next week. Hba1c, thyroid, kidneys and liver bloodtest tomorrow morning. Let's see!

9.0 @ 6.15 Full of the cold, so looks like my liver is trying to 'help' me by dumping sugar. What a way to start 10 days off work on holiday
Off to Stornoway (Lewis, Western Isles) for Hebceltfest and the weather is awful
Oh honey. I hope you have a jolly hollibobs. Not fair that you're poorly. I'm waving my "sun stick" for you, it might help.

Sorry honey, bad luck.

T2 Contolled by diet only. No drugs. 7.0 before breakfast. Not bad. It'll go down as the day progresses. Average of all readings for 3mths is 6.6.
We have some uke players (or at least other halves) on "What are you doing right now thread"
