Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Sadly if broken not much they could do anyway. Sorry its sore. Not at all surprised you're "jolly good"

Does the heat play havoc with your figures or are you just used to it ?
I do not think it does Jim, during the summer the temps got up to 40° C here in Bundaberg, and my fasting readings were up and down then as well.

My readings go up and down like a yoyo, just cannot nail it to the spot I want it to stay in the mornings.

It was 8° C this morning first up, but the temp inside our unit is around 20° C in the kitchen, my office is around the same.

Edit: Local weather forecast for the Bundy region.

I think in the uk we're not used to having the warm humid temps sometimes it's that humid that you can't even breathe my figures where steady at 6.1 or so for the last 2 weeks but as so as the temp went up so did the fasting figures was 6.6 yesterday 6.8 today it's a bit cooler tonight so we'll see in the morning

Btw what is your first name ?
