An excellent number sir4.7 this morning. Must add that of recent times is quite low for me.
Hello, welcome5.0 this AM
Sadly if broken not much they could do anyway. Sorry its sore. Not at all surprised you're "jolly good"Catching up the last two days - 5.2 yesterday and 5.3 today.
Never got a chance to have my possibly broken toe looked at as Ofsted phoned Monday morning, and I've spent the last 3 days doing insane amounts of work at school. All over now - (apparently I'm "jolly good") - and as toe is feeling a bit better though still painful, seems no point in having it looked at now.
I do not think it does Jim, during the summer the temps got up to 40° C here in Bundaberg, and my fasting readings were up and down then as well.Does the heat play havoc with your figures or are you just used to it ?

My readings go up and down like a yoyo, just cannot nail it to the spot I want it to stay in the mornings.
It was 8° C this morning first up, but the temp inside our unit is around 20° C in the kitchen, my office is around the same.
Edit: Local weather forecast for the Bundy region.

5.5 for me @ 05:20
That was after a curry with friends including red wine and papadoms ( no rice)
And a restless night due to a big thunder storm
Have a great day everyone
