Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I've had probs too, but please don't leave us. Your comments are very valuable. And VERY funny.

5.0 at 7am today. Yesterday there was a LOT of walking in London - ending with an amazing night at the theatre (sat right behind Tom Hiddleston - starstruck!) Have had a long walk this morning with Hubby, now heading into theatre for a double show day with daughter.

Hope everyone else is having a great weekend too <3

going bad for me 6.2 mmol at 11:00

I know it is still in acceptable area but I used to be in the fives most of the time...and I wan´t to get back in that area at least 6 of the weeks days...
maybe it is my regained kg´s, maybe it is too much carbs ... it isn´t doing too little fitness for sure... thought I would be lower doing very much endurance training and now also adding much more resistance training on arms, back, behind and stomack.. my legs are strong as "iron" for a woman at least...

have a wonderful summersday all of you in this forum.. thank God this forum excists... so we at least can support each others and tell the real thruths of how to regain body and blood glucose control..

Please excuse me trying out the app on my iPad. Didn't like the idea of being out of touch with my morning discipline of reporting my numbers
