Good morning comrades I had a few spells of bad cramps in my legs during the night so not sure if this has contributed to my higher readings this morning of 8.7 @ 7-30.

95 is mg/dl , im in USA, our lingo is different sorry , i will be putting mg/dl- its a lancet poke blood reading read from test strip put into glucose meter.Not sure what 95 is, but someone here will be able to tell I'm sure
